In 2009 I took a big leap, I left my fulltime job and step up my own company in opposition so I could do it my way, it failed instantly. I spent the next 18 months unemployed, surviving off acting and comedy work before landing another full time job.
In 2016 I left my job and step up my own company in opposition so I could do it my way, it struggled at first, then it became steady, and then SUCCESS! 9 years later it’s a respected player in the market and growing at a steady pace. I’ve since started two other companies in the same industry and using what I've learnt to make them grow,

The First hour: I’ll spend an hour doing my research, going over your website, marketing, and looking into your industry and where your business is placed. This gives me a great perspective of what your business looks like from the outside and to your customers. It also means you don’t have to waste time explaining to me the basics of what you do.
The Second hour: We will sit down to talk about how its going, where its going, and where it could be going. I love hearing about your business, and I love dealing with facts, numbers, and the reality. To run a business, you have to be positive, but you also have to be in touch with reality, sometimes you need an outsider ask a couple of important questions and take a look under the hood. You might be kidding yourself or, even worse, you may be holding yourself back.
I’m not here to set goals for you, I believe everyone can do this for themselves. I’m not here to ask you what your goals are, write them down for you, then beat you over the head with them for the next 12 months.
